I have trust and confident in Trey as an artist and as a person.The lead single: " Wonder Woman", was produced by Danja and officially released on February 13, 2007. There is still years ahead of him, so I’m pretty he will learn new thing as he making new hit. He only did it for his fans, so if you are still or you are confuses go get your own idol. When is the last time an artiest do almost everything, start a fan club nationwide, wed caming, posted event up, travel to different state just to meet his angels, and listen to his fan’s problems? Well Trey did all that just for his fans and no one else. He make him a s** symbol because his fan also want him that way. I love this man is mainly because he is doing his fan likes. He does what he love, so leave him alone!! That is how every artiest should be doing what they passionate about.If you don’t like him, don’t listen to his music or looked at him. So you can’t put anything on Trey the fact that he could sing and he is singing about what he is impassioned about. People still like him/her even they sound like s***. and there is some artiest sing so badly that it is a wast. Not every artist is well known for their voice. people pay to watch him take his short off instead of singing, at least he is famous for what he does and it is all good. For him been a s*** symbol is all he is to all his fans. For those who don’t known that Trey is the most well known s** icon for both females and males as well. You guys can’t judge him so harsh because he just got a taste of begin in this industry and he should have some space and time to learn on his own. Trey only been in this industry for only 5 years so he is pretty much fresh. If you break it down to a granular detail, Trey has a nice vocals at times, however he is not the entire package like R Kelly was, and still is because we all know he is more than capable of producing something to this standard without having to even call anyone… He can produce everything on his own. This is no trend setting music, I can even bet if you ask Trey that same question, even he would have to confess this. This Trey tune is nice, in fact very nice! However, by no stretch of the imagination is Trey re-inventing anything in the RnB world, excluding the screaming young ladies… I do not hear him talking about Trey in the same light, this i because he is grown and established enough to know better… He, as an artist separates the crown from the “hype” and what is hot for the minute. R Kelly re-invented the soul/RnB remix for many artists in the past, even modern day artists such as Tank (who I highly rate vocally, as an artist, writer and producer) confesses that R Kelly is the one person he would want to work with… Even when he is “no longer hot”. Only Ne-Yo has that talent (that is around Trey’s age) of writing skills that even the harshest critic could not deny. Let us keep it real here, Trey has not written, or produced a song for anyone (major) as far as I am aware. There is no problem with that Trey, reason being, R Kelly was firstly requested by, had written for, and produced music for the greatest musical artist to have ever lived. I almost feel a bit sorry for him when he says in the DOA song “why do they keep on comparing me?” Well, its because you idolize R Kelly Trey!! Anyone who is a musical fan does too… Com on now, its okay to admit it. Just to bring everyone back to reality, rather than people abusing each other!įirst and foremost, I am a true R Kelly fan… I have been following him for some time, in really since day one and he is a musical genius.Īt present, Trey Songz could never compete with R Kelly, in reality he never will.
